Firenet customer Sounds Like Home IP address 119.63.220.119 can't connect to our network.

Due to exim syntax errors overnight, the IP was blocked in the firewall at 43.229.60.21. It's now whitelisted there, but still won't connect. My guess was the Sounds Like Home router had cached the IP as timing-out and therefore wouldn't connect. Router reset at Sounds Like Home didn't rectify the problem.

Curiously, trying to connect to another server on the same network also fails (www.femaleforlife.com.au). But not to the network provider.

When the problem is resolved, Sounds Like Home will be able to reach pinger.pioneerwebsites.com.au and connect for mail as well.

Update from our network provider:

It seems to indicate a potential problem at firenet ; in both cases we can reach firenet's IP space (i.e. 119.63.216.0/24 ) and get a reply but the first traceroute dies after that.
